At the heart of the project is <strong>the transfer of Czech expertise and the creation of conditions that enable Cambodian healthcare professionals to use, develop and share the knowledge and tools they acquire over the long term.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project has two main objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>to improve the quality of the healthcare system<\/strong>, benefiting pregnant women, mothers and their families in the target areas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>to strengthen the capacity of the National Pediatric Hospital as a medical training centre<\/strong>, develop healthcare professionals\u2019 expertise, and improve the conditions and equipment of healthcare facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To achieve these goals, we bring together several complementary areas: professional education, exchange placements for Czech and Cambodian healthcare professionals, online mentoring, standardisation of clinical procedures, digitalisation of perinatal care, systematic data collection, and medical equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pomoc, kter\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed dlouhodobou zm\u011bnu CZ PeriCare II nevn\u00edm\u00e1 rozvojovou spolupr\u00e1ci pouze jako p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zdravotnick\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed.
